30 DAYS RETURNS - QUICK, EASY & HASSLE FREE
If you are struggling to achieve a perfect fit, speak to us. Making minor adjustments or choosing a different style or size is usually the answer.
If you've tried everything and still want to return your item, email returns @ enderlegard.com within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase to request an RMA# (Returns Merchandise Authorisation Number)
Include the following with your Returns Request:
• Email subject Line: 'RMA Request'
• Email body: Include your Full Name, your Order Number (e.g. EL1234) and the Reason for your return (it helps us improve our garments and customer service)
*IMPORTANT*
All returns are checked for damage. Goods must be unworn and in a saleable, 'as new' condition (i.e. in the same condition as you received it) to be eligible for any refund. (If you are unsure what this means, email returns @ enderlegard.com for clarification before requesting your RMA#)
ENDER LEGARD presentation boxes that are returned damaged will incur a £5 charge, deducted from any refund due.
Repack your garment in the same way it was delivered to prevent the item from creasing. Items that are returned creased will incur a £30 repacking charge.
REJECTION OF RETURNS
If the item has been altered (e.g. removing and / or re-attaching labels, garment tags, cup padding or straps), damaged (e.g. excessive creasing, tearing, damage to threads caused by rings or nails etc or fabric/ cup stretching) or marked/ soiled in any way (e.g. makeup, perfume, body lotion, sweat marks etc) your return will be rejected. There are no exceptions.
Always try on your purchase over your underwear making sure to keep the hygienic protector in place at all times. Only remove the hygienic sticker once you are completely satisfied with your purchase and intend to keep it. We will not accept any item for return that has not been worn over underwear, that no longer has this hygenic sticker in place, or that shows evidence that it has been removed, re-attached or marked.
SUSTAINABILITY/ RETURN POSTAGE
Return your item in the original presentation box and reuse the brown outer packaging to label and ship the item back to us. We suggest using a trackable, insured service when returning items. ENDER LEGARD Ltd does not provide free return labels or cover return postage costs.
LATE RETURNS
We think 30 DAYS should be more than enough time for anyone to evaluate our garments but if you do need more time (perhaps for a fitting appointment), just ask. We'll happily offer an extension - but remember to first ask! Late returns or those without a RMA# or granted extension will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
We'll work with you prior to shipping your garment to ensure you have chosen the right size, style and colour. If the garment you receive feels short in the torso or too large/ small in the cup, just get in touch. Sometimes all it takes is a minor adjustment to how you wear the bodysuit to achieve the perfect fit. If an exchange is required, the following applies. For UK customers, exchanges are shipped at our cost. However, if the exchanged item is subsequently also returned for refund, our shipping cost for the exchange will be deducted from your refund total. For non-UK customers, we suggest purchasing the new size/ style as required, and returning the original item for refund.
PAYMENT OF REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 14 - 21 business days from the date we receive your returned item(s). Refunds will be credited to your original payment method so be sure to check with your card provider/ bank. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
FAULTY GOODS
All garments are individually checked prior to packing and shipping to ensure they arrive as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Customers are advised to check the goods they receive (before trying them on) and to notify us of any damage within 48 hours of receipt. In the (unlikely) event that there's a manufacturing fault, goods may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt under The Consumer Rights Act 2015, for a full refund or exchange (if preferred). Note that items that have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear (including through customer carelessness or negligence) or modified (e.g. replacing the fitted fabric straps or cup padding with any alternatives) cannot be considered to be faulty. To request a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number for faulty goods, just follow the same instructions at the top of this page.
EXEMPTIONS
Conditions under which we can't accept returns include requesting a return later than 30 Days after you received your goods (unless an extension has been requested); or you take longer than 5 working days after receiving your RMA# to post the item back to us; or you fail to return goods in an 'as new'/ saleable condition (as defined above); or you return goods without an RMA number authorising your return.
